John Gillett (Managing Director)

John brings to DJG clients his management, business development and project experience gained in large corporate and multinational businesses. He established several companies and joint ventures in Indonesia, India, China, and other countries of Asia. He has been in CEO, business development and project roles for engineering and construction services businesses.

He has experience in major infrastructure and resource industry projects and worked in a number of countries. In recent years he has been jointly responsible for the integration of construction services into an Australian based engineering consultancy to service mining industry clients.

Geoff Piggott (Projects Director)

BSc(Eng), MEngSc, FIEAust, Reg PE, ExecEng, IntlEng, APECEng, MAICD

Geoff obtained his Bachelor and Master’s Degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering from UNSW Sydney and was a Confederation of British Industry Scholar in the early part of his career. He is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers Australia. A large part of his career has been spent working in senior roles overseas in various locations in the UK, Asia, NZ and back in Australia on major infrastructure projects including water and wastewater schemes, waste to energy, tunnels and other urban and rural infrastructure.
